DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT

I had this cooktop 6 months and the stainless steel started rusting and the drip pans started to bubble. Since it was under a years warranty they replaced all of it but the technician said that I would be doing it again because he replaces a lot of the cooktop cosmetics for this. Well sure enough within another 6 months...same thing. Only now my product is covered under the very expensive extended warranty that DOESN'T COVER ANYTHING cosmetic. Customer service is impossible and have blamed it on everything from me getting the cooktop wet (duh?) to my water being tainted. I have cleaned the stainless steel with stainless steel cleaner only and wiped with the grain. I have cleaned the drip pans after using them with warm soapy water (like recommended) and they don't come clean. Unbelievable...Now I have a brand new kitchen with a brand new cooktop that looks 15 years old. I am stuck!!!!!! This product should be recalled.
