My experience with new JennAir drop-in Cooker

The user interface is HORRIBLE. It is so bad I wonder if it is broken. I cannot understand what choices I have, how to choose, how to cancel etc. The manual even says "To turn off Setup, press Setup"...(but dont hit 'Cancel').
I have ended up resetting the clock at least 10 times.
I am not THAT stupid...but this is counter-intuitive.
My wife has yet to use the oven and the unit has been installed for over a month. She cannot figure out how to set the temperature and time and turn it on for a simple bake. She longs for a manual 2-dial model. Maybe we are both stupid.
I only bought JennAir to replace a previous JennAir downdraft...and the downdraft implementation is very poor. For low surface work, the fan is slightly effective, but is TOTALLY USELESS on a large pan...the steam and smells keep drifting upwards. What a lemon. Every other manufacturer has rightly abandoned this idea, but as long as there are fools out there....And for almost $2000...I could have done better at Sears with less than $700.
