Review: We bought a house that had this cooktop. I haven't experienced any heating problems as the other reviews have noted. The only problem we have is one that existed when we arrived....obviously the previous owners didn't know that the knobs weren't...

Review: Wish I had read the reviews. Would NEVER have gotten a Jenn-Air. Loved my 20 year old Jenn-Air. New one is tinny, very sloppy fit, lower power on grill. Been complaining about it for over a month.Sears says it shouldn't be that way. Jenn-Air says it...

Review: When I first bought this cook-top, one of the "hot burner" lights stayed on all the time. Not a huge problem, but annoying. It was under warranty, and got fixed. Now the downdraft knob sticks (no longer under warranty). It is impossible to simmer...
