Not So Quiet

I was sold on the quietness of this dishwasher. It was supposed to be the quietest American made dishwasher at only 45db. Well, I added extensive amounts of insulation underneath and put on the insulation jacket from my old dishwasher on thinking this would do the trick...nope. It also has a funny smell. I have already called the store and am negotiating a return/exchange and am looking at a Bosch.
It looks great with a stainless finish and hidden controls, and it even cleans well with no pre-washing, it is just a bit too loud for me. Mind you it is much quieter than my old dishwasher, but I don't want to hear it, period.

Update 3/11:
I just installed the Bosch SHX46A05. I am amazed at the difference. First of all, installation was a breeze. The Bosch is just put together so much better than the Jenn-Air, it is a night and day difference. The dishes come out looking fantastic and I often times don't know it is running it is so quiet. I am glad I went through the effort to trade up, uninstall the Jenn-Air and re-install the Bosch.
