2002 Jeep Wrangler: There's a reason they call them "Jeep Trails"

Date of Review:  Oct 20, 2002
The Bottom Line: Excellent for people who want to get out and do things, anywhere! Cool styling, tons of options, bullet-proof driveline.
Review: INTRO

In Sept. 2002 I packed up my 2000 Jeep Wrangler Sport and drove from Ohio to Colorado to visit my friend, who owns a 2002 Wrangler Sport. After spending a full week in his Jeep, covering hundreds of miles, I thought I d do a review...

2002 Wrangler?? No Question... GET IT!!!

Date of Review:  Apr 18, 2002
The Bottom Line: if your looking for cush & luxury forget it. If your looking for fun with your friends, kids, dogs, and a reason to stay home from work, ITS FOR YOU!!!
Review: OK, i have had 5 Grand Cherokeess since 93, and was looking for a change. The Wrangler always seemed a bit crude for me, but with the changes in 97 it has become much more mainstream. I guess all I needed was a dashboard instead of steel plate with...

Jeep Wrangler Sport - Not for the faint of heart

Date of Review:  May 29, 2005
The Bottom Line: A rough and tumble vehicle that is tons of fun for the right people
Review: This car is not for everyone. Having said that, I absolutely love this car!

Note: This review is written by a girl, so don't expect too much mechanical input from me.

I wanted a Jeep Wrangler for about a year before I bought one...

Always in the Shop!!!

Date of Review:  Feb 19, 2004
The Bottom Line: Buy something more reliable!!!
Review: I leased a new 2002 Wrangler. It has had nothing but problems. First, when I would turn the key to start the engine, about 20% of the time nothing happened. I turned it in to the dealer to get fixed. They said they couldn't duplicate the problem so...

Its a cost thing

Date of Review:  Mar 24, 2005
The Bottom Line: Be truthful with your self and make sure you really NEED what you are looking into buying. Gas aint going to get cheaper as the years roll on.
Review: While some bash the car for its fuel efficiency, if you are buying this car with the mind set that you can not go more than 300 miles with out a 18 gal fill up (19 gal tank) you will be ok. However I will a test that the Windshield is prone to...

Real Jeep.

Date of Review:  May 13, 2004
The Bottom Line: This is the best Jeep yet...still true to its heritage, but much improved in every category....If you don't know why you want a Jeep....You don't want a Jeep.
Review: If the Toyota 4runner, Nissan pathfinder, Ford escape, Honda Passport or similar vehicle is on your list to compare with the Wrangler....don't bother with the Jeep...it's not for you. The Wrangler is first and foremost a Jeep. It was not and is not...

Review: Warning: Addictive to Expensive After Market Accessories

The only problems I can see owning the a Wrangler is storage space, mileage, a building it so that it fits your personality.

Jeep should take a cue from the Honda Element...

NOT PRACTICAL AT ALL

Date of Review:  Nov 18, 2003
The Bottom Line: Most Miserable Vehicle I have EVER Owned
Review: This is the worst vehicle I have ever owned. It is nothing more than a highway permitted 4-wheeler. There is no space for anything, the windshield is vertical and cracks frequently, it is cold in the winter and takes about 30 minutes to warm...

2002 Jeep Wrangler

Date of Review:  Jan 18, 2006
The Bottom Line: Don't get it if you don't want to get noticed. And whatever you do, don't get it unless you want to have a little fun.
Review: When I finally found the Solar Yellow Jeep I was looking for, I flew 796 miles to pick it up and drove 452 back home the same day. (I guess it's a "Texas" thing.) It is everything I expected and more. It has plenty of power (6 cylinder) and handles...

Jeep Wrangler Sport 2002

Date of Review:  Nov 12, 2002
The Bottom Line: I think that someone who wants a great first car or a car that is fun and exciting should definitely purchase this vehicle.
Review: I just recently placed my feet inside the Jeep Wrangler Sport and boy was I surprised. I had ridden in the passenger seat before, but never driven one. WHAT A BLAST! Even though the gas goes through the tank in the turn of the key, playing with this...
