Jeep problems that sneak up on you

Date of Review:  Nov 25, 1999
Review: I bought a 1995 Jeep Wrangler four years ago, drove it off the showroom floor, and have enjoyed it every day since. My Jeep was my dream car, save for maybe a Hummer. There is just something about it: not only can you climb trees with it, but few...

Probably should, but can't get rid of it.

Date of Review:  Jan 30, 2003
The Bottom Line: The '95 Wrangler not only excels at recreational use, but also as a daily driver provided you are realistic about what you're getting into.
Review: I also had wanted a Jeep for a long time, and finally bought my used '95 Rio Grande a couple years ago. Overall, it's everything I had wanted and expected, although now that the passion of our new marriage has passed, I have noticed a few, albeit...

Why a Wrangler is as Essential as Food!!

Date of Review:  Dec 27, 2000
Review: I purchased my 1995 Jeep Wrangler S from my father for one reason - everyone should go through life driving a vehicle with an experience as big as its name. The freedom, the ruggedness, the adventure, and the attitude are as powerful as the...

The Four Wheel Drive Convertible!

Date of Review:  Aug 3, 2003
The Bottom Line: If your looking for a fun car and don't expect a Lexus..the Wrangler is just fine! Everyone that has driven my Jeep wants one!
Review: Wranglers are great to drive, they handle well, turn on a dime and you can park them practically everywhere. They handle most roads no matter how bad they are. The back seat removes so that you have more cargo room. The downside is the gas mileage...

1995 Wrangler S 4 cyl./5 speed Soft-top

Date of Review:  Nov 4, 2006
The Bottom Line: If you Have less than four people to transport, need a winter vehicle, short commuter, or go off-road, there is NO better value in four wheel drive. 1995 or today!
Review: I bought this Jeep brand new in 1-05. I now have over 197k miles and love it more now than the day I bought it. I can say that honestly because I traded a 6 cylinder Jeep Comanche pick-up in on this Jeep. My son was getting too big to fit in the...

Gotta Love 'Em!

Date of Review:  Feb 22, 2000
Review: I bought my Jeep two weeks after the Blizzard of 1996. One week after totaling my Hyundai on black ice. Since day 1, my Jeep has been a blast. I've changed the oil every three thousand miles religiously and have made sure that it's well maintained...

My Dream Come True

Date of Review:  Apr 4, 2003
The Bottom Line: Get it in addition to the main car you own. Albeit fun, you will not think it's fun at 7am on the drive to work. I love my Jeep.
Review: I got this way after college, after years and years of "Mom I want a Jeep puh-leeeeeeeeze" during high school. Let me tell you: Do not give a Jeep to a teenager. They do not know or understand the risks of a Jeep.

It's a hassle to take the...

Build your own monster truck

Date of Review:  Jun 20, 2003
The Bottom Line: Solid.
Review: I have had the 95 Rio Grande with manual transmission, and the 4 cylinder engine for about 3 years now. I drive in every type of the nastiest weather, and my Jeep has never let me down. I never get stuck, I never have to use snow chains, I have...

KING OF THE ROAD!

Date of Review:  Feb 8, 2000
Review: They say that 2/3 of the earth is cover with water, and the rest is covered with Jeep. I have owned 2 Jeeps, one Grand Cherokee and one Wrangler. There is such a thrill to sign the ownership papers to your Jeep. Everyone watches you drive by, and...

For the kid in all of us

Date of Review:  Mar 21, 2000
Review: Living in Ohio I frequently find myself up to my tush in snow. I like to tell myself that's why I bought a Wrangler, but who am I kidding. I'm still a kid at heart and I love my Wrangler.

My Wrangler, a black '95, is your most basic...
