Top Down Weather Wanted

Date of Review:  Jan 19, 2000
Review: I have a 1995 Jeep Wrangler Rio Grande, aqua blue pearl coat, soft top and she is beautiful. I bought this Jeep because I knew how much fun and what a great vehicle it is and it looks and rides much better then a compact car. I love the ability to...

Jeep problems that sneak up on you

Date of Review:  Nov 25, 1999
Review: I bought a 1995 Jeep Wrangler four years ago, drove it off the showroom floor, and have enjoyed it every day since. My Jeep was my dream car, save for maybe a Hummer. There is just something about it: not only can you climb trees with it, but few...

Should be called "CHEEP"

Date of Review:  May 24, 2004
The Bottom Line: If you need a tow vehicle, pulls great. As far a engineering goes, I'm not impressed with this year of Jeep Wrangler!
Review: I have the 6 cyl, with 5 speed trans. 4 inch lift

Pros: Great for towing behind truck or motor home, great heater, good resale(I don't know why?)

Cons: Driver seat does not tilt! Gas filler tube too small(try to pour a 5...

LOVE - HATE Relationship

Date of Review:  Jul 1, 2000
Review: Simply put, owning a Jeep Wrangler (at least a pre-97) is great on short trips, off road & at the beach, but horrible as a commuter vehicle especially on the highway. I bought my 1995 Wrangler 5-Speed 4cyl new for $14,000 with all basic options, but...

the cutest little snowbeast on the road...

Date of Review:  Mar 24, 2002
The Bottom Line: It's no luxury or economy vehicle, but it's cute and definitely an all terrain vehicle - so I would recommend it to someone whose looking for a vehicle like this!
Review: We got a real deal buying this vehicle; my brother is going to college, and he didn't want to drive one of my dad's old stick-shift junkers, which don't always start and also have shot breaks. So, my brother had always talked about wanting a Jeep (I...

Date of Review:  Jan 5, 2000
Review: Maybe it's a guy thing-- doubtful. Maybe it's a fun thing-- definitely. Whatever the thing is, you've got to get it! My dad own's a 1995 Wrangler and besides the gas it uses, to me, there is not one thing wrong with this car. Sitting higher than...

1995 Wrangler S 4 cyl./5 speed Soft-top

Date of Review:  Nov 4, 2006
The Bottom Line: If you Have less than four people to transport, need a winter vehicle, short commuter, or go off-road, there is NO better value in four wheel drive. 1995 or today!
Review: I bought this Jeep brand new in 1-05. I now have over 197k miles and love it more now than the day I bought it. I can say that honestly because I traded a 6 cylinder Jeep Comanche pick-up in on this Jeep. My son was getting too big to fit in the...

For the kid in all of us

Date of Review:  Mar 21, 2000
Review: Living in Ohio I frequently find myself up to my tush in snow. I like to tell myself that's why I bought a Wrangler, but who am I kidding. I'm still a kid at heart and I love my Wrangler.

My Wrangler, a black '95, is your most basic...

1995 Jeep Wranglers Rock

Date of Review:  Jan 25, 2000
Review: In August 1995, I purchased a 1995 Jeep Wrangler Sahara Edition. It was the best investment that I have made. The reason that I purchased the 1995 model over the newer model is simple. The 1995 is rugged and classic. I don't worry if I get caught in...

Build your own monster truck

Date of Review:  Jun 20, 2003
The Bottom Line: Solid.
Review: I have had the 95 Rio Grande with manual transmission, and the 4 cylinder engine for about 3 years now. I drive in every type of the nastiest weather, and my Jeep has never let me down. I never get stuck, I never have to use snow chains, I have...
