Not for those who like a Quiet Ride

by   mfunke2 ,  Apr 26, 2000
Pros: Fun in every way
Cons: Loud and insecure
The Bottom Line: It was my affordable dream car.
Review: I own a 1994 Jeep Wrangler SE. I love it, but it's not for everybody. If you like a car where road sounds are non-existent, you don't want the Wrangler. You hear everything with the soft top and only slightly less with the hard top. If you have half ...

We Goin' Boggin' Tonight!

by   Bunny74 ,  Jan 18, 2001
Pros: Yee Haw! This baby is fun to take off road!
Cons: I like my '93 better!
The Bottom Line: If you don't have kids, and you like a more bumpy and louder ride.... this is for you!
Review: If you've read any of my reviews or my profile, you know I LOVE my Jeeps. Even my '97 which I wasn't extremely fond of is way ahead of any other vehicle on the face of the Earth. By all account, I like my '93 better than any of the others I've...

94 Jeep Wrangler With Mods Info

by   1ole ,  Apr 7, 2002
Pros: It is compact, great turning radius, fun with top off in summer great 4X4
Cons: Limited space for transporting items
The Bottom Line: winter it is great in the snow 4X4 summer time you can put the top down and enjoy the beautiful weather Must Have
Review: I bought my jeep about a year ago. I have since removed the hard top and installed a Best Top Supertop. If you want a good top avoid the factory top and get a Supertop. I also put a pro lift 4in suspension lift another good and bad move good move is that...

The Rugged SUV

by   heimanr ,  Dec 17, 1999
Pros: The best off-road vehicle made under $60,000
Cons: Not designed for the family and grocery shopping
Review: If you have never driven a Wrangler, go out right now and test drive one. This vehicle is one of the most fun vehicles to drive on the market today as far as SUVs go. Make sure to get one that you can take the top down in, but also I recommend the...

Repairs on jeeps

by   Michelle0027 ,  Aug 24, 2000
Pros: Very cost effective investment
Cons: Defective windshield wiper blades and plastic readiator.
Review: I bought my jeep in 1997. It was three years old and had relatively low mileage. I loved the idea of having a convertible, but as I had once flipped a station wagon, was a bit leary of conventional convertibles. Since then, I've spent almost no money on...

*Techron Concentrate* great for older Jeeps

by   beanbear ,  Dec 4, 2000
Pros: keeps engines clean, value
Cons: may not be necessary for you
Review: (there's no spot fuel additives and I use it in my 94 GC, so I'm putting it here)

Synopsis:

Techron Fuel System Cleaner is probably the best fuel-system additive for gasoline powered cars. It keeps fuel injectors clean and reduces...

My Jeep Wrangler experience - more good than bad.

by   jvandegr ,  Jun 21, 2002
Pros: Any terrain, this vehicle can handle it. Great top-down sunny weather driving.
Cons: LOTS of road noise at highway speed, some quality problems, gas mileage could be better.
The Bottom Line: If you don't need extreme off-road capability, buy a Subaru. If you want to have a bit more fun, get a Wrangler for the one and only Jeep feel.
Review: The Good I once saw an ad that said "the Wrangler took to the terrain like a third grader hitting the playground at recess." This is right on. It's not just an SUV - it's truly designed to go off-road anywhere, anytime. For an SUV, it ...

If you can't afford a Hummer...

by   number7 ,  Dec 18, 1999
Pros: very off-roadable, very reliable
Cons: convertible top, smaller engine (2.5L)
Review: Believe me, if I could afford it I would be driving one right now! Anyway, I bought a brand new Wrangler back in 1994 and have been very happy with it so far. there are however a couple of things that I now wish I would have spent the extra money on...

by   danderksen ,  Jan 28, 2000
Pros: Styling, Control, and FUN!!!
Cons: Size
Review: Ever since I started thinking about getting my first car, Jeep Wranglers were in the the front of my mind. I researched them and found out that there is no better deal around. Once I got mine when I turned 16, I found out that was true. The Jeep...
