I have wanted a Jack LaLanne juicer since the very first time I saw the infomercial (which is quite a long time). I never actually needed a juicer though, so I never got around to buying one.
I received my juicer as a gift and I have to say that after reading the instructions that came with the product, that it works exactly the way the infomercials show you.
I have read some reviews that say it will not juice certain items properly, but I have not had this issue. The instructions are quite clear in the order you should juice certain items to ensure that everything is processed properly and following them has gotten me perfectly juiced fruits and veggies every time.
Cleanup is easy for me, I just make my batch of juice, whip the parts off, give them a quick clean, and I am enjoying my juice immediately. One hint that I do have is that the faster you clean it, the easier it is. So I just clean it immediately, and I have no problems. The pulp is usually incredibly dry unless I have put in a citrus fruit, which makes it even easier to clean.
My favorite part of this juicer is that I really don't have to cut anything smaller, unless it is larger than the feeding tube. If it fits down the tube, it juices just fine. I have also used several batches of pulp to make muffins, which is a nice bonus. (Carrot and Zucchini so far!)
Overall, I am happy with this product and have not run into any negative issues.
