BRAVO....... JVC

I have a former show car from a hifi retailer in Seattle. The head unit(cd) lasted 5 years and the changer lasted 10. Since the changer died I've been looking for a head unit to run my system. A friend had one of these and I thought the additional channels were cool. I purchased from Circuit City for 179.99 -40.00 mail in rebate. I am absolutely impressed with HD radio. I am always wary of cranking my tunes with the tuner because of the added distortion. Now I up to full volume and HD radio sound like an MP3. My only regret is the 2.5v preamp outputs. My Alpine had 4v out. The difference in HD radio and standard radio is very noticeble (especially in my amplified system. This is a great add to any system for under 200.00 dollars. I would recommend this to anyone (even my mother)
