This Thing Rocks!
Pros:
Great bang for the buck, good sound, auto reverse.
Cons:
Not a 3 head. Doesn't have Dolby-S (not a big deal). Hard to hand clean.

I actually got one of these used, cleaned it up, and have been loving it ever since!!!
To start off with, this deck has excellent sound quality, and a good Dolby B & C decoder (some decks Dolby decoders aren't very good). It's also completely feather touch and auto reverse. You can set it up to play one side of a tape, two sides of a tape, repeat a tape endlessly, or play both sides of one tape, then play both sides of the other tape.
It's also got normal and high speed dubbing (haven't used), a pitch control (for deck A), mono Mic in (with volume control), stereo audio inputs), and Dolby HX-Pro (bias adjuster).
The only thing I don't like about this deck the fact that it's kinda hard to clean. On an old manual deck, you'd open the door, and push play. On this (as with most automated machines), you have to hold a few tabs down with one hand, then hold the cotton saw with the other hand. Not fun. Also, this is only a two head deck. Not a big deal unless you want to do serious recording (which I don't)
