An OK buy at best.

The Bottom Line: Decent set if you life in a dust free environment w/a steady cool ambient temperature. Oh, if you don't have a fluctuating power grid your tv might last 2yrs.

Projecting into my home

The Bottom Line: I recommend this television to those who want a bigger screen to see their shows, because this particular set is the most perfect television I have ever owned.

What a piece of JUNK! -- These are problem HDTV's

The Bottom Line: My final recommendation is to stay away from JVC products.
Review: After having my JVC HDTV for only eight months it was time to replace the light bulb. When I bought the TV the dealer said that the bulb would last about 2years or 6000 hours. TRY 800 hours and 8 months. Lucky for me it was still covered by JVC...

4 months and unwatchable

Review: Received this set in June 05'. This month the Light Engine went bad.

JVC will not replace the set, they insist on local Technicians replacing the ($1500) part.

Techs are reporting it could take 4 weeks before it is replaced as...
