Works great, but their customer service is horrible.

Pros: They work remarkable well for a compact unit. (When they work) Easy to maintain.
Cons: No customer support from Ionic Pro, and a 50% fail rate (by experience).
The Bottom Line: Nothing wrong with the units, but the utter lack of regard for consumers by Ionic Pro and their failure to stand behind their product makes them unreliable at best.
