Ionic Pro COMPACT Air Purifier

The red light came on for cleaning. I cleaned per instructions. The red light stayed on. I took the thing apart, cleaning the internals, the corona wires, everything even using contact cleaner (electronic usage). Still, the red light stays on. The customer service people barely speak English and it is difficult to get them to understand what was wrong (no offense intended). They would not offer anything but a small discount on a new machine. Thank you - but NO!!! I would not buy another one of these again. Buyer, beware. When it works, it works well. But when it is breaks, tough luck!
