Doesn't fit babies

We bought this before our son was born and are very sorry we can't return it. Our son is now two months old and has cried every time we've put him in this carrier, but he loves the more expensive carrier we bought. No matter how snug we make the straps for the body, you can't adjust the head support, so to protect his head we would have to walk leaning over, which is even harder on the back than carrying him in our arms all days. Also it is very difficult to adjust the straps, especially while wearing. You definitely don't want to try to share this with someone who is a different size.
