Pros: quick vocals, brooding lyrics, amazing instrumentals
Cons: album art is definitly lacking
The Bottom Line: This album really deserves a careful listen. The music just demands it.
Review: I bought this album later than i should have. I had most of the songs downloaded onto my computer until curiousity got to me and i needed to see the album artwork. Sadly there wasnt much but im still glad i bought this album. It is one of the pieces ...

Pros: Incredible Lyrics
Doesn't have the "pop" sound
Cons: album art could be better
Review: Being a big fan of My Chemical Romance, I believe this is the better of their two albums. Gerard Way, being a lyrical genius, has written 10 incredible songs. With songs about vampires and "Demolition Lovers" it is hard to put this album down. With ...

Pros: Intense, Vivid Lyrics
Cons: Raw singing, darkness might not appeal to some people; not as creative as later efforts
The Bottom Line: Fans of MCR or other alternative music should get this album. However, if you don't like dark moods, i wouldn't recommend it
Review: For the past three years, My Chemical Romance has been experiencing massive success thanks to the hit albums Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge and The Black Parade. However, before those two hit albums was I Brought You My Bullets, You Brought Me Your ...

Pros: Punk and clashing guitars that keeps the veins pumping
Cons: Dark and brooding - not an album for all occasions
The Bottom Line: MCR brings forth adventurous lyrics with punk rock remedies to soothe your soul (and assure you that Vampires Will Never Hurt You).
Review: I brought you my bullets, you brought me your love is certainly not the shortest title that one could choose for an album, but it reflects singer Gerard Way's tongue in cheek lyrics.
MCR is currently on the same record label that the... |

Pros: much more darker than their other album
Cons: typical first album, album art isn't that great
The Bottom Line: Only for the listener who swears there a true My Chemical Romance fan or for those with a wide taste in rock.
Review: I confess, I didn't get into My Chemical Romance until Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge was already released. Later on, I learned that was the band's second album and was lucky to receive the first album as a birthday gift. I spent my birthday in my room ...

Pros: Less poppy sound, entertaining listen.
Cons: Some songs overly long, lacks the pop appeal of Three Cheers.
Review: I got this CD a few months ago, after purchasing Three Cheers For Sweet Revenge and loving it. My Chemical Romance captures my attention while other bands of this genre do not. Their debut album "I Brought You My Bullets..." is much rougher than the ...
