Intermittently repeats keys, sometimes locks up

Review: I had a bit of a hard time getting this to work initially. I plugged everything in, and the keyboard would not work. I switched the mouse and keyboard around, and then the mouse wouldn't work. Eventually, I got lucky and it started working.
