Fan noise - returned before it broke

First impressions: light weight, perhaps a bit flimsy. Noisier than I expected based on reviews I had read. It worked great for about two weeks. Then the fan or motor began to make noise. I promptly returned it for a refund.

Ordered this product online from drugstore.com. Very happy with their service and support. Product arrived in a couple days. When I queried drugstore.com regarding the return, they promptly answered my email. Their website includes a return shipping label you can print that is postage paid. Very nice. Kudos to drugstore.com.

One issue with drugstore.com, however: when I emailed them telling them about the problem, the replied, "Please be assured that your message regarding the condition of the product you received has been forwarded to our Quality Control Manager. The remaining inventory has been examined and found to be in quality condition." I wonder if the QC manager opened and tested every humidifier in stock...
