nice fan, but low output

This humidifier is very easy to use - fill the water and get it running compared to another, smaller humidifier, but the low output makes the affect almost negligible. I have a humidistat that I purchased from Holmes (very cheap) and on high the humidity level only changed about five percent over night. I consider that unacceptable.
