I don't like it---I LOVE it!
Pros:
Super Strong Suction
Cons:
Heavier than most vacs
The Bottom Line:
Being a vacuum addict, this is the best suction on the market. Folding handle is great for those tight on space. You'll be a happy vacuumer with the empower.

Author's Review
I like to consider myself a vacuum conasuer. I vacuum more than most people do. I'm a bit of a germ-a-phobe, so sucking all those dust mites up is a big mental high for me. I have gone through more vacs than Liz Taylor husbands. This vacuum is by far the best. I've had it just a week now and used it about 6 times. That's right, 6 times in 7 days. The suction is super strong. Even when you use the attachments, suction is not lost one bit.
This vacuum has 2 modes~"regular suction" and "power boost". Power boost gives you that extra umf when vacuuming. I very rarely use the power boost because the suction is strong enough on its own. It also has the "hush mode". This feature is a tad bit lower than the standard mode. I think it works well.
This vac comes with the usual attachments---hose wand, crevice tool, upholstery tool, and the bomb of all tools, the power hand tool. At first I wasn't sure what to use this for. When I attached it to the empower and started seeing those brissels spin I was in vacuum heaven. Great for upholstered furniture!
One feature I love is the folding handle. It makes storage so much easier for those tight on space.
Now that you know what I love about this empower, it's time for the dislikes. It is a bit heavier than most vacuums. That's pretty much it. I know other reviewers dislike the design of the filter and dust cup. From my experience with bagless vacuums dusty, messy collection cups go with the territory. Yes they are a bit messy, and yes they do need to be cleaned out periodically. But that's the price you pay for the visual pleasure of seeing all that dirt and dust getting sucked up. A germ-a-phobes dream come true.
