Vrooooom
Pros:
Great vacuum for the money
Cons:
Filter clogs too easily, tools don't star attached to vacuum
The Bottom Line:
I would recommend this vacuum to someone who doesn't have lots of money, but wants to get food off their floor.

Author's Review
To start off with, this vacuum is a great bang for the buck. I bought it at Target for $35 on clearance from $70 about one year ago. I am not concerned about air filtration etc, just about getting the food and crumbs off of the floor. It has a great propelling motions that makes vacuuming all types of carpets super easy. It almost drags my 9 and 10 year old kids behind it! You are able to adjust easily for different levels of carpeting, whereas in other vacuums I have used, this is sometimes a pain. The noise level seems to be average for a vacuum; nothing to complain about. The foldaway handle at first seemed like a fantastic invention, but I don't have much of a use for it, and rarely put it down. On occasion, I put it down when I move it from upstairs to down. It does have a nice carrying ability and is lightweight. The "on board" tools are a great addition. They are easy to use and handy, although they tend to never stay on. I am constantly finding them around the house. They do have good suction.
I also thought bagless a great invention. Upon having a vacuum with this option, I'm not sure sure anymore. At first when we got this vacuum, the filter would completely clog VERY fast and would have to empty it at least once in the middle of vacuuming. (doesn't say much for our previous vacuum; we don't have pets) After using it a year, we still have to empty the filter after every use and usually have to blow it with our air compressor to get all the gunk out. We aren't that messy, it just seems to clog up quickly. All of the dirt sticks to the filter and doesn't even make it to the bottom.
All in all, I am happy with it.
