Not So Hot...Unimpressed.

I bought this cute little guy to help heat the area by my desk.Since it has the Honeywell name, I chose it over a rather large selection of space heaters available at Target.
  We live in an old house and the room where my desk is located has no heat source.   However, I found it totally useless.  I had to aim it right at me, and even then it barely warmed my feet.  I decided to switch it with the other space heater I keep in my bathroom, which also has no heat source.  
Sad to say, it barely even warms the bathroom.  
The top gets hot (not burning hot, but pretty darned hot).  If I need to move it when it is operating,  I have to pick it up by the base.
I would definitely not recommend this, unless you're heating a very small bathroom-sized room.  Considering its small size, it is quite loud, though I don't find that particularly bothersome personally.
I do like that the control knobs cannot be turned on by a small child--they need to be pushed in at the same time they are turned.  
I thought it odd that if I read Consumer Reports correctly, this got a fairly good rating.  Maybe that would be true in a small, non-drafty room.
Overall, not impressed, and am considering the DeLonghi.
