Honeywell HT-800 table top fan

I purchased a few of the Honeywell HT-800 table top fans. I made the purchases because even though we have air conditioners some times it gets too cold even in the summer with them running. I figured small fans like these would be the best way to go to stay cool on days when we did not use the air conditoning in the house. It saved n the electric too.

Where to purchase and how much the Honeywell HT-800 table top fan costs:

I purchased six Honeywell HT-800 table top fans at Home Depot here in Rhode Island where I paid only $10.00 per fan on sale. They were only about $1.50 off each one but it saved me some cash since I had gotten six fans at one time. I found the price to be more then fair for these fans. they are very well worth the money you will spend.

To describe the look of the Honeywell HT-800 table top fan and how to use it:

The Honeywell HT-800 table top fan is all black with red writing on the front that reads Honeywell on it. It has a round face like a floor fan but is smaller. Then the base stands shorter and away from the face allowing you to tip the fan up or down any way that you please. It pivots 90 degrees. There are three fan speeds that can be used. These are high, medium and low. There is a round button on the back of the fan that you turn to change the speed. To turn the fan off you turn that same dial past the low to the off position.

This fan is also able to be mounted on to your wall if you choose to do so. This is a good way to get the air circulating better and create a cooler area in your home. The fan head is easy to move where you want to position it. The Honeywell HT-800 table top fan is goo dlooking and small. It will fit on most tables, desks and on any wall that you choose. It does include the parts to wall mount the fan as well.

When the Honeywell HT-800 table top fan is together i stands 11 inches tall and wieghs in at about 4 to 4 and a half pounds. The face it's self is an 8 inch. There are three fan blades in side. Ther are fatter than average and throw off better air. They are made of plastic as is the whole unit. This meaning it is a much safer fan. The grate on the face is a swire design unlike most which are straight bars. It looks nice not matter what room you have it in and it is black so it goes with pretty much every thing.

How well it works and my recommendation

The Honeywell HT-800 table top fans that we bought all work great. We have them on table tops, computer desks, and two on walls. One in my daughter's room to high for her to reach in the corner of her wall and the other in the parlor on the wall. They all work perfectly at keeping the air cool. On medium speed is perfect. High speed tends to get cold at night. I use the fans all summer and have used them all winter on low to circulate the heat which works great.

I have saved money because running all six fans does not cost as much as running one lousy air conditioner. The heat has been saved too, low gas bills. The fact that the fans on the walls circulate the heat back down in to the room means we do not have to blast our heat, meaning we save more money. Who can argue with that? I love it. I would certainly recommend buying a few of these fans. I like the fat that they come with a 1 year warranty too. That was the big seller for me. My warranty has expired now but it was good to know that if they did not work, or broke that they could have been replaced for me. I love how well these fans have worked out for our home. I again have to recommend them.
