poorly designed -- does not drain properly

I second one of the reviews here -- the tanks do not drain properly, thus the unit must be babysat.

I called zak.com (who actually manufactures these, not Honeywell) and the only advice I got was to shake the tanks after filling to get rid of air bubbles at the bottom. Well, I tried that and it didn't change the behavior.

Also, the tanks are poorly designed in that they do not lie flat when refilling. At 3 gallons per tank, this becomes pretty cumbersome.

I will return this to Home Depot this weekend and probably get a Kenmore.
