It works ok for this price range of humidifier.

Not that Good. Misleading title, not 11 gallon

poorly designed -- does not drain properly

Review: I second one of the reviews here -- the tanks do not drain properly, thus the unit must be babysat.

I called zak.com (who actually manufactures these, not Honeywell) and the only advice I got was to shake the tanks after filling to get rid...
