Very good value for heating smaller rooms!

I bought this heater last year as a supplement heater for my bedroom/computer room since this is where i spend most of my time when i am home. Since natural gas prices go thru the roof in the winter, i thought this would be a good way of easing the pain when i open my gas bill every month. What i really like about this product was the overall attractive design and safety auto shut-off if it gets tipped over (which i've done a lot) or overheated. It has 3 heat settings,LOW(worthless), MEDIUM and HIGH and a not-so-easy to use maunal thermostat. This heater only works best in the MED or HIGH setting. The LOW heat setting is worthless even in the smallest of rooms.It struggles to warm a 10X11 room in this setting. However,in MED or HIGH it will warm up the room nicely though it takes longer than other space heaters i have had. The thermostat takes some time to get used to, because of the markings on it suggest you have it set quite low when in fact, it heats the room up to almost 80°. What i really dislike about this product,besides the touchy thermostat, is the fact the metal grill gets very hot and the fan is a bit more noisy than i would like. All in all, this heater is good choice for heating a small to medium size rooms. There may be better choices, but for the money(I paid $22), it's a good value.
