Good for 2 years, then leaks oil

I bought the unit two years ago. Soon after, I discovered that when the unit reaches 85 F, it starts leaking oil. After two years, it started to leak oil every time I turned it on. I am pretty certain that soon there won't be any oil left in mine.

It is great if you plan on having it for two years or less. Also you must be comfortable with the smell of the oil. Make sure you are not allergic to it.
