Before It Gets Much Colder in Chicago...

The Bottom Line: If you've got the room, you could do worse. It's cheap to buy, and cheaper than blasting the furnace.
Review: A few weeks back the first blast of cold started rolling over the city from Lake Michigan, and our apartment wasn't exactly comfortable. I love Chicago and all, but man, I didn't expect the freeze this early in the year. Winter is still a good month...

Good for 2 years, then leaks oil

Fast heat where you need it!

Review: I bought this unit back in October, as it was starting to get cold here in Wisconsin, and the "back" of the house, where the bedrooms are, does not get nearly as warm as the rest of the house does. Not wanting to crank the thermostat and overheat...

Review: I have this heater and you do not have to set the timer when you turn it on. Jorge must be mistaken and feels the need to set his timer each time he turns it on which in turn cuts it off when the timer returns to zero. Jorge leave the timer button...
