Honeywell 50250 is GREAT

I did a lot of online researching to find the best air purifier for the best possible price. The Honeywell 50250 is def it! This air purifier has it all - a great pre filter and an effective hepa filter. I have heard that one of these can be vacuumed out to help with replacement costs but I am not sure which one. But, the prefilter is very cheap if you go to eBay. Anyway, I have two pets and alergies/asthma so I needed an effective air purifier and the Honeywell was a great choice. The ONLY con is that this unit is noisey on all settings.

However I know that there is a newer model that is quieter which I will be getting in addition for the bedroom some time soon. The system picks up a great deal of pet dander everyday and keeps my apartment well ventilated and fresh. Also, it serves as a cooling fan since the motor is so powerful. Unfortunately I also bought an ionic breeze a few months before for twice the price and the Honeywell is better by far. In fact, my alergies have been reduced in general and my boyfriends spring time alerigies were practically non existant this last season. This is a great buy and a great deal! Many purifiers that do that same thing are triple the cost. Many websites rank this cheap purifier with some of the best and most expensive.
