Mixed Feelings

I think this product works fairly well, but its use is somewhat limited. The massagers are of course on a set track which means they will only massage a straight line up and down your back. While it does get most of the area you would want massaged it misses some others. This is to be expected when you buy, but what I was not expecting was the limit of your own movement.

When using it, you would think that if you wanted to massage an area the chair could not reach you could simply move your back. However, it is really only designed for the area it massages when you sit properly and using it on other areas can be painful. I wanted more of a massage on my shoulder but I ended up in more pain than before when the roller hit my shoulder blade.

I bought this product to help relieve some of the tension in my back and for that it works well. The other issue I have with this is that it limits the use of a chair. You would think that since you sit against this for a massage you would still be able to use your chair as normal but that is not the case. Perhaps it is just that the chair I use it in is the same as the one I use to rock my kids in, but when I try to just sit in the chair normally it is very painful. However, if you have a chair to dedicate this to than it would work great.

I love that this helps relieve the tension in my back and does massage some areas well.

I am not too fond of how it feels just to sit on it, and the fact that the areas you can massage are so limited. I have since bought a massaging cushion and I like that much better.
