Pros: Completely silent. Adjustable thermostat. Grill design prevents burns. Light-weight.

Cons: None so far.

The Bottom Line: Great revised design. Silent micathermic heating elements generate good heat without hotspots or fans. Simple, lightweight, effective, and seems relatively safe (as far as heaters go).
