The Bottom Line: The outstanding picture is well worth the few nuisance issues. The short warranty may deter some. I'm an HP, a happy potatoman.

My favorite LCD monitor

The Bottom Line: Can be a great inexpensive TN panel LCD monitor, or it can be poor, depending on the factory contracted to make the LCD panel. Buyers examine codes on box!
Review: At work there are many brands of basic mainstream TN panel LCD monitors in use including a glossy Dell, but the HP W2207h beats them all.  At home the W2207h is my main family use monitor.  My copy of the W2207h was manufactured in December of 2007...

The Bottom Line: The monitor is unique in that it can be lowered all the way down to the desk level. Great picture. Attractive looks. Built-in USB hub.
Review: Our new desk is pretty high, and we needed a monitor that could be lowered almost all the way to the desk level.  I've searched far and wide, and this HP monitor was the only 22" display that could adjust to sit just half an inch above the desk...
