Pros: When it works it works great.

Cons: Prone to interal errors. GPS can gets lost. Media player limited.

I have owned my unit for over a year. In that time it has had to be "hard" reset three times to clear internal glitches.
Caution needs to be taken to backup files, because "hard" reset can dump data. The GPS has gotten lost at least three times. I would put the latest GPS software update in except that now the ActiveSync software on the unit has gone "south". Not to mention that the unit has now develop the dreaded "hpLauncher" failure problem. This can only be cleared by a trip to the factory. With a minimum charge of $49.00. This is to fix a bug that could be fixed with a download if HP wanted to. So you decided if it is worth it.
