The Bottom Line: DO NOT BUY this model, unless you want a bad taste in your mouth about HP. I really lost faith in them on this one!

Disappointed to the max

Review: Thought HP 7310xi all-in-one machine had all the right features of scan, printer, fax and photos. Found out HP hadn't worked out the kinks in the feeder.

Set up was easy. Then it was downhill. First the paper would grab more than one sheet...

Ink Cartridge Install problems

Review: I have a 7310, the second one in one year. The first one was damaged putting in the ink cartridge. There is a small silver pin in the ink bay that gets pushed into the communications ribbon.

HP 7310 Still My Favorite All-In-One Device

2 replacements - still garbage

Review: I use about 1000 pages a month and this machine can't handle the volume! I am trying to replace the 3rd one but can't get anyone to listen. Tech support is a joke and trying to get any supervisor to listen is ridiculous. The techs just keep asking...

Review: I had a HP 2210 all in one i was very happy with, but it broke so I decided to upgrade while i had a little extra money. Wish I hadn't. First the scanner is awful! It doesn't have good quality results and most of the time my pictures are cut in half...
