Optimum cost thermal all-in-one colour ink jet printer

Review: I feel it is pretty good for home and small offices may be for medium businesses also. compatibly used with desktops, optimum visibility IE 4800x1200 dots per inch. zooming is also available.

Installation false paper jam

Review: I had the problem (reported by other reviewers here) of getting a false "paper jam" message during installation. It turned out the problem was that the ink cartridges were not properly snapped into place, and they prevented the carriage from moving.

HP scanning issue! Beware!

Review: Software crashes when scanning multiple pages using a scan profile. Software crashes and you have to restart. Called HP multiple times only to have to repeat the issue with a new person even though I gave them the same case number every time...
