Maxell HP/NC-III Consumer Headphones

I have been using these for about 2 years now. I bought them specifically for flying, but I use them all the time. They don't totally drown out the airplane noise, but they do drown it out to a level that you just forget about it. But for about $280 less than you would pay for a pair of Bose I think the cost/benefit analysis says go Maxell!
