My fears quashed !

I purchased one of these printer after reading the excellent reviews on various web sites on the net. I normally buy brand named products to ensure that they will do what they claim but through caution to the wind and bit the bullet. At first glance, after removing it from the box. I was surprised by the looks of the unit. It reminded me of a fan heater my family used in days gone by but it felt well made and weighty plus due to the up right design, it took up very little space on my desk top. I set up the printer as a stand alone unit and inserted the ribbon cartridge and paper and also my memory card into the slot. (please note that at this stage I hadn't even opened the manual, thats how easy it is to use) I followed the on screen menu and printed my first picture with great ease. The result was outstanding and every bit as good as any picture developed from a lab.
After a while, the printer developed a minor fault. As the head office is local to me, I phoned them and explained the problem and was invited to pop the printer in so they could check it out for me. Upon arriving, I was greeted by a very pleasant gentleman who instantly invited me into the building and handled my problem with immediate concern and professionalism that is rare to find today.
I left within half an hour with my problem cured and feeling very happy indeed. Plus an extra pack of printer paper and ribbon for my troubles.
I can not fault the product or the company. The service I received was second to none and the printer is exceptional in both quality and price. The cost of consumables is also the cheapest I have found. At around 30p per print, it is significantly cheaper than any of its rivals.
If you have any concerns about buying one of these printers then all I can say is. Take the plunge. I can assure you, you won't regret it.
