used at work with a MacPro. Hardly a scan goes smoothly without a jam or crash or hangup of some sort. The document feeder jams almost invariably for duplex scans, and trying to free the paper from the roll is hard without destroying the original. The software & driver are the worst part, maybe the PC version is better? We bought this initially because of the high resolution offered. Although an adapter is included for slides and negatives, the scan quality for those remains mediocre at best. Scan quality for flatbed is ok.
