The Bottom Line:  Best computer purchase I've ever made.

Author's Review

I have owned my HP Pavilion for three years.  It is the best computer I have ever owned.  My wife and I have owned a Dell and a Compaq before and neither was as easy to use as this HP.  I teach high school so I’ve used many different types of desktop computers and HP is by far the easiest to use.

This particular computer is excellent for Microsoft Office tools, iTunes, and surfing the internet.  We use it daily and have not had one problem with it.  It has Windows XP and both my wife and I were able to create our own logins so that our iTunes would not mix…have different tastes in music.  When we bought the machine our only criteria was to get a computer that had a lot of space for music and that it was easy to use.  It has various plug and play ports which make it very easy to take a memory card from a camera and just slide it in the slot to read the pictures with extreme ease.  The computer also plays and burns DVDs.

We have multiple programs running through it with no problems whatsoever.  We have our Tivo, a wireless keyboard/mouse, iTunes, speakers and subwoofer as well as our TV acting as the monitor.  It is a great buy!  I’d encourage everyone to own a HP.
