Died within a week

The HP M7650n seemed like a great computer when I got it. Lots of features, and I did really enjoy the new Windows Media Center edition. However -- and this is a big however -- I cannot recommend a computer that dies within one week of purchase. Nor can I recommend a company whose "JD Powers Certified" service consists of a bunch of foreigners that I have trouble understanding, leading me through a bunch of gyrations on the phone (over the course of an hour) so that they can determine the same thing that I told them at the beginning -- The power supply DIED.

I've had plenty of Dell computers that never failed me. Their customer service may not be so great (or so I have read, but have never had to use), but their computers are far superior from what I can see.
