HP dv9000 series of laptop

I have a DV9700 laptop but it looks just the same as this DV9650 pc notebook. I like the laptop very much as it has a 3MB RAM and a 250 GB hard drive and its an entertainment laptop so I can use it viewing movies and television. It is a very good laptop as it functions well and runs fast even using multi tasking, it runs okay. But there's this sound that you hear when youre opening a website. Maybe that's just the RAM running its speed. The only thing that really bothered me when I bought the laptop was the speaker (the altec lansing speaker) it sounds very well but the skin of the speaker has little openings (it is not plain). So I returned immediately the laptop because I was so frustrated of what I've seen. They've replaced it but I've seen a little bump in the new one, so I said to myself, maybe that's the way it is. Unlike other laptops, the speaker is plain, no bumps, no openings. The HP should make adjustments to their product because it feels very annoying that I've bought a new one but it turns out I am not contented with it.
