It only looks good but in fact is is of inferior design

I too thought this was a great machine.. at first. But in the 5 months that I have had it - it burned out 3 Bluetooth recievers that was needed for the wireless mouse and keyboard, had to be returned to the repair facility in Texas for a motherboard replacement and again! Must be sent in for repair as with the first issue - it will not recognize a HP Personal drive when inserted into the bay drive. Two different Personal Media Drives, a 300gig and a 500 gig will not be recognized by the system making backup impossible when configured for raid.
It also has to be one of the slowest systems on the market.
My Qosmio laptop will run away from this desktop any time any way. HP will not even support the quad processor as they will not offer any advice to do so. You can only expand it beyond 4 gig ram unless you go to 64 bit(which it won't) etc. Save your money, Best Buy and Circuit City both removed this item since it came out.
