Terrible connectivity, terrible software

I bought this because I needed an all in one solution for school, and I wanted wireless connectivity. The wireless connection constantly drops in and out. It slowly, and only with average quality. The ink tanks are VERY expensive and don't last long at all. When I ran out of cyan ink, the printer wouldn't print anything at all until I replaced it-- not even black and white pages!

But the worst thing about this item is the software, which seems like an afterthought slapped on. It is unbelievably slow, buggy, unintuitive and just downright badly designed!! Want an example? When you are scanning multiple pages, you set the first page, and then it just does it's own thing on the following pages- scanning different areas and resolutions. You can't force it to scan a letter sized document.

This product is terrible!
