good printer, horrible support

I like the automatic duplexing and the fact you can print economically and in black ink only which saves a lot of money.
But I will never buy another item from HP until they figure out how to provide support properly when products don't work as expected. It was an incredibly unpleasant and frustrating experience to get a functioning printer. It didn't work correctly from day 1, but it took 5 weeks for HP to replace it.
Advice to anyone who has to get support from HP--use phone support only(not email) demand that you get contacted by someone in higher level support immediately, if the initial support doesn't work.
