Good Printer...Bad Support

I bought this printer in December 2006 and have used it for about a month. I got the model with the second paper tray, duplex option and network card (K550dtn). Very fast, good print quality and not one paper feed problem yet.

Envelopes are a pain because you have to replace the paper in the top tray first. The second paper tray only does letter/legal. I hope I don't have the same paper feed problems everyone else here has experienced. Maybe HP fixed it?

I am having trouble printing from Quickbooks. I called tech support and the HP phone system and tech support was the worst I have experienced ever! After talking to three different people in the wrong department, the fourth one told me to trade-in the printer for a better model! Definitely has knocked my opinion of HP down a notch or two or three. Perhaps the offshore outsourcing wasn't such a good idea?
