This is a difficult printer

In three days, I have purchased/exchanged two of these printers. Both are problem cases. In their defense, HP believes there was a bad lot of them at the location I purchased from.

The first printer had a faulty feeder. Paper did not feed at all.

The second printer had a bent valve where the ink flows in to the head, causing poor ink flow for the black cartridge. The result was ink leaking all over the place and not making it to the page.

I'm going to give HP one more chance, and suggest they extend the warranty to three years to regain my confidence. My motivation is to save money on ink! I thought this was one of the best, high quality printers on the market. I cannot say this for sure!

It is fast. Make sure you put it on a sturdy table or it might fly across the room. Not too sure if the speed will cause problems! I also noticed it fed four to five sheets of paper as one sheet.
