Decent Printer

The Bottom Line: Prints Nice But isn't the most user friendly printer that I have ever used.
We bought this printer about 6 months ago when our other one decided to quit working on us. I chose this printer mainly because it was less than one hundred dollars and I was told by the man at Office Max that it also had excellent print quality. Setting it up was fairly easy. The directions that are included with it aren't very detailed so I had a hard time knowing exactly how to work with all the features on the printer. I am not a fan of the software that comes with it either. It just doesn't seem as simple as our last Canon printer. The printer prints out excellent quality pictures which is great if you want to print out your digital pictures at home. The photos come out very clear and look like high quality printing. Especially if you use high quality printer paper. I love having a scanner and a copy machine also included with the printer. I don't have a lot of extra space on my desk for extra equipment, so I do love that feature. One thing that I really don't like is the expensive ink. The ink doesn't seem to last very long if you print a lot and the cartridges are fairly expensive to me. Overall it is a nice printer with a very reasonable price tag that prints excellent quality pictures.
