Hewlett Packard C3180 All-In-One InkJet Printer

Frustrating beyond belief with all kinds of software issues, it took hours to try and finish a crucial job that should have taken minutes:
-A message that the printer is not connected repeatedly appears, even as it is printing.
-a message that it is out of paper when it is not appears constantly, even in the middle of a printing job. The only way to clear either of the above 2 messages is to turn the printer off and start all over. What a waste of time!
-The envelope symbol on the tray is printed BACKWARDS, so your envelopes print upside down until you figure out HP's mistake.
-This printer ate every 3rd envelope.
-it can't print an envelope straight
