Sony MegaStorage® CDP-CX355 300-Disc CD Changer / Player

In searching for a jukebox-style CD changer, I found that Sony appears to have the market cornered. It has more CD-slots and features than I'll ever need, but there really seems to be little in the way of alternatives.

If you're into feature-rich electronic gizmo's, you'll love it. If you're not, or if your spouse's tolerance for electronic complexity ends at a toaster, be prepared for some taxing moments. The remote control is particularly irksome to learn and use, and the programming and disk labeling functions are tedious.

At its simplest level, though, it does what it's meant to do: store and play your CD collection. The sound is very good, and the laser reader appears to be tolerant of smudges and scratches. If you're looking for a reasonably priced and reliable jukebox-style CD changer, you probably won't be disappointed.
