Author's Review
Lil Kim(born Kimberley Jones)released this CD back in 1996,around the same time her rival(for lack of a better word)Foxy Brown did.I got Kim's CD before I got Foxy's.
Hardcore features the hit songs,"Not Tonight"(the single features Angie Martinez,Da Brat,Missy Elliot, and Left Eye.its a great party song),"Crush On You"(featuring Notorious BIG and Lil Cease.very smooth rap song.mid tempo) and "Big Momma Thing"(featuring Jigga man himself).
One thing that gets annoying is that this CD has many interludes that are basically praising Biggie for havin dollas("Scheamin'").
One song that Kim definitely should have released is "Dreams".Its about her fantasizing about r&b stars(Brian McKnight,Joe,Tony Rich, etc)
This CD is not as good as Notorious KIM,but still,Kim holds it down for NYC.
